Fire Prevention CEU is operated by Strategic Code Solutions LLC. Contact us for help with accounts, enrollment, payments, course access, assessments, completion records, or certificates.
Email support
For faster assistance, include your name, Moodle account email address, course name, and a brief description of the problem. Do not send your password or complete payment-card information.

Common support requests
Account confirmation or password reset
Check your spam or junk folder for automated Moodle messages. Use the Lost Password link on the login page if you cannot access your account.
Payment or receipt
Stripe processes course payments and sends payment receipts. Include the purchase date and course name when requesting billing assistance, but never email a complete card number.
Course access
Confirm that you are signed into the same account used for the purchase. If a successful payment did not produce enrollment, contact us with the account email, course name, and payment date.
Quiz or certificate
Certificates become available only after all required instructional content is completed and the required passing score is achieved. Include the course name and completion date if you need assistance with a completion record or certificate.
