• Online Fire Inspector Training and Continuing Education

Fire Prevention CEU provides online fire inspector training and continuing education developed for fire marshals, fire prevention officers, code officials, plans examiners and other professionals responsible for protecting people and property. Our courses focus on practical code application, inspection procedures, fire protection systems, life safety requirements and plan review. Training is designed to help both new and experienced personnel strengthen the knowledge they use during field inspections, system reviews and enforcement activities.

Course content connects nationally recognized codes and standards with real-world fire prevention responsibilities. Topics include fire and life safety codes, water-based fire protection systems, water-supply and fire-flow testing, inspection documentation and the interpretation of technical requirements. The NFPA 291 Water Supply and Fire Flow Testing course explains how to conduct hydrant flow tests, collect reliable pressure and flow data and understand how those results support fire protection system design and evaluation.

Learners can complete training online and demonstrate knowledge through course assessments. Applicable courses include a final examination and certificate of completion. Fire Prevention CEU is operated by Strategic Code Solutions and is built around the needs of fire service professionals who perform inspections, enforce codes or review construction and fire protection plans.
